Brain is the most precious and important part of our body. It’ like a center of the body, everything we do is the command from the brain, so that brain is the center of what we do, say and think. Be careful on keep it well, since it is a vital organ. Brain is not only command what should and should not do but also has function on blood pressure, heart beating and temperature of the body. Almost every organ and part of our boy has relationship to the brain. I believe that you have already known about the important and role of brain to our body, that why keep it well is a good option to stay away from some kinds of diseases. Here are the bad habits which can trigger brain disorder as follow:
1. Have not breakfast.
Brain needs much energy to run its role on maintain and give command to the body. If you left the breakfast, it means the brain didn’t give a proper nutrition and energy to cover its role, so that at last this bad habit of eating can cause degeneration of brain. If you also in adiet program, you don’t have to eat rice and hard menus, but juice, bread and milk.
2. Control what and how you eat.
These kinds of menus in the morning above (point a) can be tried to fill the energy along the day. And on lunch and dinner you can have hard menus of eating provided that you are in a proper portion of eating. It’s important to manage the portion of eating, so that before you feel full you better to stop eating. The other information, stay away from the sugar which can cause diabetes, and here foods contains much sugar will block the absorption of protein and nutrition so that it cause the lack of nutrition for the body. The solution is stay away from the sweet foods or even you can consume the sugar in less volume.
3. Smoking.
The long term of smoking habit will be truly has bad effect for the health. It’s becausesmoking actually didn’t have virtues for the body, it’s just a have fun life style. You have to know that the smoker in a long term will make a crinkly brain and the worst effect ofsmoking is the disturbance of its function for the body as well as getting Alzheimer. So please stay away or stop to smoke for a healthy life style.
4. Have too busy activities.
Have activities each day is healthy. But having too much busy activities are also not that good. It’s because when you have busy activity you will usually have tight schedule and just have few times of regularly sleep, even though after hard thinking a day. These habits are not good for the health especially brain. Have few time of sleep cause the dysfunction of brain, because the brain feels so tired. The busy activities which need to think much is also bad for health because the brain work hardy without rest. Meanwhile, have no activity also can make the brain weak and finally becomes disorder. The last, don’t push yourself ambitiously, but try to enjoy what you should do and what you eat to keep the brain healthy.
