Tips a healthy lifestyle

Having a healthy life is something important to be programmed since now. It’s not that difficult but also need the consistency and patiently on doing the regularly programs. Let’s take some example of French which known with the slim, fresh and flawless skin they had. What they have on their body is not about the heredity but is all about the healthy life style they had. We are not talking about French lifestyle but how to have a truly healthy life style for the virtues of our life. And there are some tips that can be your consideration on programming a healthy life style as follow:

1. Have a proper portion of eat.

Eating is something addict so that we should be smart on control it. I mean that sometime when we are served by much kind of delicious food we will too much enjoy it and have too much eating suddenly without we know it. Then, at last we will realize that,, yeaa I have already ate too much foods, and you regret it. This usually happens on us, that’s why since now we have to control what we eat and how much we eat. It’s better to stop eat before you feel totally full. It gives a chance for your stomach to absorb what substances on what you have already ate. Having too much eating can be a high risk in getting a higher cholesterol, so be careful on this case.

2. Have well regulated eating.

It’s also important to schedule the time of eating because when you are too busy with your work, you will usually postpone time for eat. That’s why you have to be strict for yourself. If there is the time you have breakfast, lunch or dinner you have to postpone your activity and get eat.

3. Choose fruits better than snacks.

Having snacks to consume at your spare time or while you are doing something is enjoying. But if you do that habit often and for long term, it’s actually not a good habit. Especially if you do this habit at night, it will increase a bad point for your health. The solution is, reduce the habit of consuming some snacks, or replace it with some fresh and healthy fruits.

4. Choose the healthy activity.

You actually have your own options on doing what you will do each day related to get a healthy lifestyle. One of them is choose a healthy activity such as walk go to work or school rather than by car. When you are walking you are doing exercise and it is good for health. Meanwhile, when you go all day long by car, you will just sit and do nothing for your body.

5. Have a good social interaction.

To have a healthy life we have to make some kind of balancing on our life. Because a happiness not only comes from the inside but also come from the outside. Being an enjoying personality is a good point to make you and people around you feel happy. Be positive on everything you have done. Stay away with the stresses by having a good social interaction with your family, friends, or neighbors.

Hopefully these informations can help you to get a healthy life as you want. Don’t be desperate on doing these healthy above even if it is hard to do.
