Having eat with friends or family will be more interesting and enjoying, eat enjoy and slow will give your body an enough time to feel full before it burst. Don’t be in hurry because when you are too fast in eating your stomach will overeat and it’s bad for the digestive. Make sure that you eat a healthy food. Homemade foods will be healthier than some junk foods in the restaurant. Eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, some whole grains and fiber, less dairy and meat, and very little sugar. Well, eating regularly is good for the health. Don’t skipbreakfast, because you just will have extra hungry on lunch and it will make you have a big portion. You know what it means, aren’t you?
